+For the onsen tamago, let @egg{} sit in @water{} at 65 degrees Celsius for

+For the sauce add @water{140%ml}, @sake{100%ml}, @soy sauce{60%ml}, @brown
+sugar {2%tbps}, small amount of @dashi{} to a #pan. Add @onion{1/2} thinly
+sliced. Put on a lid, put it on high heat and wait until it boils.
