For the onsen tamago, let @egg{} sit in @water{} at 65 degrees Celsius for
~{30%min}.

For the sauce add  @water{140%ml}, @sake{100%ml}, @soy sauce{60%ml}, @brown
sugar {2%tbps}, small amount of @dashi{} to a #pan. Add @onion{1/2} thinly
sliced. Put on a lid, put it on high heat and wait until it boils.

When it's boiling add thinly sliced @beef loin{200%g}. Let it cook for
~{5%min}.

In a #bowl put some white rice, the mixture and an onsen tamago on the top.
